Giants Overtake Jaguars In Final Minutes, 24-23
Meadowlands, NY (AP) - The Giants (1-1) rebound against the Jaguars (1-1) following a tough fourth quarter meltdown to the Titans in week 2. The Giants took a convincing 17-7 lead in the first half, only to be silenced as the Jaguars scored 10 points in the final minute of the 2nd quarter. With the score knotted up at 17, the Jaguars came out with new life in the second half. However, the Jags were unable to find the end zone in the second half and came away with two Scobee field goals. In a game of defense and the score only 23-17 in favor of the Jaguars, the Giants came out on top following a G.Robinson TD in the final two minutes of the game.
