Have we decided whether or not we'll push for a season after this one?

I think we can squeeze one in and still maintain the integrity of the league but we may need to shorten the advances and the free agency period. I personally would love to get in a season after this one but will understand if we don't. The release was pushed to the end of August so we do have that in our favor. Just putting it out there for discussion. Most I've talked with seem to want another season.

I think we can finish this season within two weeks.

Start a new season at around late may or early June which gives three months to finish a last season. I think the next season after this current one should be the last as we should finish about a month before m12 releases. Time to relax and discuss how things will go in UFL 3.

I also want to add that this can be easily accomplished without speeding up the advance. We are entering into the summer and at this point madden is very casual as people are planning vacations/activities.

We should just sim the rest of this season and start fresh for the next season...on one hand.

On the other the last couple of games can get everyone some practice for next season. After four weeks I am completely removed from the last season we have played in, but I also haven't played a game on ps3 since psn went down.

Agree keep it casual and something to do. If you can't get your game in let people know and someone will sub.

I would like to go one more season, as I might miss the last couple of weeks.

Honestly if we're gonna half ass it I'd rather not go another season at all. I'm not saying that's what your implying but if people are going to grab subs left and right there isn't a point to run another season. I personally never understood the "it's summer time and vacations" deal. Sure if you go on vaca that's cool but we're talking 45 minutes of your time for a game. I'm sure people can squeeze that in to their busy schedule.

Nah, I just saying people travel over the summer...don't get bent out of shape and complain cause of advance schedule if you are on vacation, just keep the league in the loop. But also don't give people a hard time if they miss a game or two cause they are on vacation. If i were going on vacation it would be over the summer...wife's a teacher.

That is all I am trying to say, that's what I am getting at.

I posted in my "tornado" thread, that I wasn't really feeling another season. Like I said there, this game has kinda run its course for me.

I do not want to lose my spot in the league for Madden 12 however, so, if need be I will "tuff it out" for one more season

I'm down for another season, but we don't, I won't be upset or anything. Either way I'm cool with it.
